I have had a great attention and service. Anna helped me perfectly to update my information. I'm satisfied!
Drove through the ATM to get cash. It spit 4 of the $20 bills out and into the driveway. When I got out of my truck to chase them down, the one bill left in the ATM got retracted back in. My receipt showed a $100 withdraw, but I only received $80. Went inside to speak to a "manager", but I was basically told since I wasn't a customer, they couldn't verify anything and I had to get with my bank to dispute. So many better banking options out there - I would chose one of them.
After calling multiple banks and getting no one on the phone, I gave this bank a call and I was shocked when Anna picked up the phone immediately and answered all of my questions. Will be swinging by to open an account soon!
I always enjoy my services at this location, the manager Adriana always assits me with my wires and its gets it done promptly. She is always attentive to detail especially when it comes to assisting me with my account she always makes sure my money is safe.
