I have a mortgage with this bank that was originally in both my name and my ex-husband’s. In our divorce, I was awarded the property, and I am on the loan. I asked for ten’s and the teller gave me five’s. I guess paying attention to details isn’t a requirement to work there. This isn’t the first time or only branch to do this. The whole financial institution doesn’t even deserve one star.
I asked to use the restroom after making my deposit. Teller said that there was no public restroom. I stated that I was about to poop in the lobby. Silence on her part. I asked to see a manager. Silence again. I asked if she heard what I had said. Twice. She then replied that she had contacted a manager. Moments went by. I asked when the Managers were coming. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOD FORBIDDEN PLACE! Their Sister Bank on 6670 S Staples St Corpus Christi, TX 78413 United States is way much smoother, nicer and making things hell of a lot easy. This bank also never carries enough change for businesses, take your business to staples and let this place shut down on its own.
