Drive thru is so slow
Carmen Garcia is beyond amazing she is so helpful and kind and really goes that extra mile in customer service this is the only location I go to just because of her thank you Carmen !
Jeremy was great! I had to get some charges disputed and he was great talking me through the whole thing as I have never done this before. Very professional wellspoken And respectful. 10 out of 10 he was great!

I was just in this Bank a couple days ago and cashed a check against a customer's account and was not charged a fee today I went in and they wanted to charge me a $27 fee this Bank does not understand time management and common courtesy to non-customers. I appreciate them telling me that they did me a favor the other day but they ended up costing me time money and gas today because of their lack of explanation and lack of professionalism.
