Appreciate the prompt and precise customer service at Cedar Park Prosperity.
All the bank tellers and Ashley are incredible and super helpful! The manager on the other hand decided to talk bad about my situation and grandparents to the teller to where everyone could hear and was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was wasting his time. Ashley on the other hand was able to handle my situation quickly with no issues.
Ed does a wonderful job managing the bank and working with the customers. Doreen is an extra special They all are, I can't really say one's better than the other because they all go out of their way to help you out. That tells you to have good management but they themselves are wonderful. I have never had a problem. At times they have worked with me and fixed my problems with no problem. If that makes sense.
