don't bank here its horrible
They bought my bank LegacyTexas and converted us to their bank last week. Terrible since then. No one answers the phone. Internet app is laggy and doesn't have chat. Really unprofessional. Also, they returned a couple of my checks that were being posted in the middle of the conversion even though there was a large balance in the account, and none of our deposit transaction history is available since before the conversion. Ridiculous.
Originally from Legacy Texas.. The customer service then was phenomenal. The people on the phone were so great. Unfortunately with Prosperity bank, the lady who I had spoken with today was very unprofessional and rude. Did not listen to one bit of the conversation then asks for my information then continues to tell me she can’t help me. Then puts me on hold and let’s the conversation go. I hope this gets fixed.
