Manager and three tellers having personal conversation, while I, the only customer, stands waiting to be addressed... then the teller says in order to cash my County paycheck which is drawn on Prosperity bank, they will charge me 2%. I debated that in 2 yrs this has never been the case, and the manager comes over and says well that's just how it is. No wonder why I never decided to put any of my accounts at this company. I DO NOT recommend Proaperity Bank!
every time I try to withdraw money from the drive thru, i write down exactly how i need my money. 5 ones 10 fives ECT. never once have they given me what i asked for. i dont know if its because they cant read or just ignorant. but they have lost my business. i am tired of dealing with this crap
