It takes forever to get change from this bank compared to the other banks.
Tried to require more information than needed for a cash withdraw. Will never be back and the manager was quite rude. Almost came to level of expecting identity theft from the employees.
I started working with Prosperity Bank about six months ago, and I have to say, this bank does an excellent job of taking care of their customers and meeting their needs—at least in my experience. I've had the pleasure of working with Shelley Valerius at the Southwest Parkway College Station branch. She is absolutely amazing—always willing and able to answer my questions.
