THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH ARE THE BEST! THEY ARE VERY KIND AND ALWAYS HELP ME OUT. THE TELLERS AND PERSONAL BANKERS AND ALSO THE BRANCH MANAGER DO AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB WITH TAKING CARE OF ME.
Worst bank in the Permian Basin. Trying to call them via customer service is a joke. Worst of all, they’re closed on Saturdays! What happened to the drive thru service that was open from 8 to 12 in the morning on Saturdays? Go to another bank. Prosperity Bank is a joke. UPDATE: If you get locked out of using your debit card, you better not have it happen on a Sunday. They don’t have anyone to let you call to help you get it unlocked! Are bankers worked so much that they can’t have anyone help you on a Sunday! PATHETIC!!!
The Branch Manager Tracy and Personal Banker Ariel and Teller Bradley provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. from the beginning to the end! Keep up the great work !
I normally go to the location on Wadley and the staff there are always great to work with.
Branch 231 on Wadley in Midland is the best. The employees have never failed to greet me the minute I step through the door. Even though they may be servicing someone, they always Acknowledge the customer entering their establishment. The employees take the time to tend to me as if I'm their only customer (which at the time of service, it is only me). The bank manager (Tracy Hillman) is very polite, attentive, and cordial.
