Worst bank in the Permian Basin. Trying to call them via customer service is a joke. Worst of all, they’re closed on Saturdays! What happened to the drive thru service that was open from 8 to 12 in the morning on Saturdays? Go to another bank. Prosperity Bank is a joke. They bought my bank first capital bank out about two years ago. They also told me I had the same account number as one of their existing clients which made this an issue. When I ran out of FCB checks they reordered me some with their name on it and a new account number for me. Afterwards they checks started to come back from vendors saying my account did not exist. I had to pay late fees to several vendors because this bank put wrong account number on checks. The girl who did it says she does not know how this happened. She ... read more
I take care of an older lady that banks at the Prosperity Bank located at 4200 W Wadley. The employees at this branch are so kind and are always so helpful. The Manager Tracy is so helpful and is always going out of her way to help us. She is awesome!
