Since Tracy the Manager left this branch is awful. The tellers are so rude and don’t know anything. Will be moving my accounts.
CLOSING DOWN for lack of business. ALL WRONG!!! Atmosphere Like NO OTHER The people working inside this place are extremely rude unfriendly and think they know it all. They interact just like AI and ROBOTS. The inside appearance is completely deplorable and gives CUSTOMERS A feeling of WE are more important than any of our CUSTOMERS. This is one reason why the truly WEALTHY do not put up with NONSENSE, A COMPLETE FAILURE TO RECOGNISE.
Great branch! They are always so welcoming and help me with anything I need. The Branch Manager Tracy is so sweet and Abby the Personal Banker is always welcoming and kind.
Tracy, the branch manager at Prosperity Bank, is one of the most courteous, respectful, and helpful professionals one can encounter. She consistently exceeds expectations to provide assistance with account-related matters. She devotes her time to delivering comprehensive support. She extends a warm welcome, making clients feel valued. I would not consider visiting any other branch.
This is a FANTASTIC branch. Won’t go to another branch because of the Branch Manager Tracy. She is awesome.
