Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY from this Prosperity Bank branch and its manager Yolanda!! She has the nastiest attitude. And I am not the only one with this experience..read the other reviews about her!

Lee is super helpful and friendly over the phone and in person! Really recommend this location.
Manager at this branch is extremely uncooperative. They refuse service at this branch within buisness hours where as other branch will happily do it. For example i asked for temp check and they said they dont issue them from drive thru (even during working hours) secondly they refuse to fill up form for wire transfer after 2 pm even though i said it can be executed next day. I had to go to another branch where they were more than happy to do it for me. July 14th 2022 3 pm
