Incredibly rude. Terrible communication. Not helpful. Manager was terrible. Front desk no issues. Manager was absolutely terrible.

I used to come here all the time until today there is a new white guy hired who thinks he knows everything and very rude do not go to this location Pearland people. Very unprofessional. This new guy who has been hired must be fired ASAP
I been with prosperity bank for 10 yrs now. I am very nice with all the staffs here until today they have a new guy hired who thinks he is Mr everything he needs to be fired asap. Also they hired a new girl she doesn’t know how to speak. As a business guy that short hair guy who has just been hired should not work in prosperity at all very bad for the company
