I have been a client of this bank for many years. On some occasions they charged me extra money and I paid them without investigating what was happening, but this time they went from thieves to those who are clients of this bank. Be careful with your money. The deposits will disappear and they will put numbers on it. cover what they are STEALING.
These people are very professional curitous friendly and always ready to help in any way that they can, I know because I have been a customer for many 58 years.
Great banking experience today, Ruby is very knowledgeable about the bank account type/service I needed and was pleasant to work with even when it involved a ton of paperwork. I appreciate experienced and dedicated professionals and you can tell the difference in the quality of service from other banks with high employee turnover.
I have used this branch for 3 years and I do not see an issue. Not even sure why 1 star rating should present if you are an honest customer that does no fraud.
