Today. I'm pissed! They didn't take my dead husbands last pension payment because it was from Canada. I have been with this bank since they bought out ASB. I can't wait to get out of this town. When they fix it, i will change my rating. Until then, they are the devil.
This location has not let me down yet manager and personal bankers are very helpful with whatever questions i have
Horrible service here from Ruby, ATM service is out of order so, had to wait in line , from drive thru, Not acceptable.
Main banking manager here is rude, could have been nicer when we spoke upon update about a credit card. Don’t expect a sweet response either. This is why I would rather deal with my main branch cause they aren’t rude over there.
The service we received from the employee named Austin was unacceptable. In our industry, reputation spreads rapidly.
