Best Customer Service Experience.
Do not bank here! They will screw up your consumer loans, charge you a full penalty of $199 to close a CD that only had 3 days left on the CD and wouldn’t even waive the fee, they DO NOT care how long you have had an account, savings, loans or CDS there they will rip you off, extremely RUDE customer service, you can even get anyone’s account number, all you have to do is just stand in one of the lobbies and they will repeat it back to the customer on the phone.
