I sat in the drive through lane for a while and no one said anything. There were other people in other lanes at first so I figured someone would say something when ready to assist me but not a word. I’m not psychic so how am I supposed to know you’re waiting for me to send my money up? not only that but every time I try to make a payment I have issues. we won’t be banking with prosperity after we move. (:

Love banking here! All the staff are wonderful to deal with, never had a problem. Very friendly and greet you by name, they go above and beyond here.
Any time you try to call, you get stuck on hold for ever and they’re rude when they finally answer.
