Prosperity bank is terrible. I had fraud on my checking account for $294. I went to the bank and talked to the Bank manager about needing file a claim. She looked it up and found what happened. I had ready call the 800# and started the claim and they did nothing about it. So that went I called to the manager. She call the companies that scam me and got some of my money back all except $85 and give the phones number and said that's all she can do and I could keep calling with no answer myself and try to get the money back.
