My experience with prosperity in general has been awful. I was given incorrect and conflicting information on several occasions. My latest frustration was here at the Midway branch, but the customer service phone line and their “FastLine” service are also awful. If you want a professional well run local bank, that gives you the right answers the first time then steer very far away from Prosperity Bank.
Well it took a moment for us to be able to communicate on the same level. But after calling a branch in our Hometown the plano branch was able to help us resolve our issue. It was touch-and-go for a moment. But in the end we walked out very happy, and well pleased that they would take the time and stay with us 20 minutes after the branch close until we could resolve our issue.
Very friendly and professional staff, they are always very attentive and overall they have great customer service.
