This bank is nor a friendly bank. Even cashing a check and the talk to the check writer ...No good and rude. I guess I should respect my chase bank and city bank more because they are a service bank
Slowest service in the history of banking, EVER. 17 min average wait time when you're at the window waiting on a teller. RIDICULOUS!
It is so nice to have a bank that still behaves like the customer is #1. I love this bank!
I would never suggest anyone opening an account with this bank. My father-in-law was a patient at a nursing home, and the bank allowed other individuals to access his bank account with out his permission. Prosperity Bank would not let my father-in-law have access to his own account. Thank god for Harris County Guardianship for stepping in. Even when a Harris County Judge ordered the bank to freeze the account, money was still allowed to be taken out by other individuals (Harris county Court 9, Case 402988). They are personable and thoughtful and take care of you like you wish your rich uncle would. I highly recommend them over the big box banks

this bank has been a great source of easy access by location and speediness that it offers
The bank itself is ok but some of the services, i.e., ATN, fastline, & e-statement line, are down quite frequently and that is a hassle.
