Very professional
Horrible service. My vehicle is down for repairs and I have been fighting with this bank daily every time I need to order an UBER to get to work on time and get home from work. Prosperity bank blocks my transactions and no matter how many times I have called and complained about them impeding me utilizing my money that I work hard for, they keep doing it. The representatives keep telling me to go in to the branch to get the block permanently removed, otherwise the block removal is only good until 12 midnight then the block i... read more
