After banking here for over 22 years, they want to charge me $10 for letting my balance drop below $500! This is ridiculous, and we are looking into changing banks!
I always wait for over 20 minutes for a cashiers check. This has happened every time I go in. It’s frustrating because I go on my lunch hour.
