What an excellent credit union. I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember and they are always extremely kind and friendly at this location.
I found myself in what felt like an impossible situation to find a new vehicle when my car stopped working. My credit is a work in progress. Terrance Patterson never judged me once. When he said he was there to help, he meant it. He then had Mike Schmoll help me find the perfect vehicle. My apologies if I spelled either name wrong. Christi, the Member Service Supervisor at the Oshkosh location, has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly competent, compassionate, and hardworking. I’ve always felt that she truly wants the best for her clients. On one occasion, I even arrived as she was on her way out the door, and she stayed longer just to answer my questions.
