Christi, the Member Service Supervisor at the Oshkosh location, has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly competent, compassionate, and hardworking. I’ve always felt that she truly wants the best for her clients. On one occasion, I even arrived as she was on her way out the door, and she stayed longer just to answer my questions. As long as Christi is at this branch, Prospera will have my family’s business. Thank you for everything!
Told to move along, they can't have people sitting out front. I literally just sat down after working all day a few blocks away and I live even closer. Not a friendly community credit union at all, that's just their policy. Would be nice to bank somewhere that is less than 2 blocks from home and no I'm not talking about an alleyway.
