We have had the pleasure of having to work with Roop Saran, at Prospera Mission Branch, for over 15 years. Roop has prepared our mortgage loans, and other loans for that length of time. We feel very reassured by Roop, as she listens to our needs so professionally and respectfully. Roop advises us as to where we should be investing our pension money as well. i would choose any other bank than this one! the assistant manager talked down to me like i didnt know what i was talking about and was extremely rude and told me the actual manager was not going to be back for 2 weeks.. customer service via phone was no help either. i will be closing my account and choosing elsewhere- open to recommendations
