Cannot even use the bank machine unless you’re within office hours. Outside doors locked after hours. Horrible bank!
I opened my account with Prospera a year ago and it was the best decision I have made. I met charming Kam Jauhol, assistant manager and because of her exemplary customer service, advice and her honesty I became a member. I've never looked back and want to make sure all those in charge know just how much of a gem she is! You need a Kam at every branch.
