Absolutely awful experience. Multiple visits to setup an account, each time being told additional information and statements were required in order to proceed, wasting everyone's time. Most staff interactions were unfriendly and condescending, communication about account requirements was terrible and given after the fact. Finally told at the end my application had been rejected due to "inconsistencies" which could not be disclosed.
