I needed transaction information on my mortgages from several years back. I had since closed my mortgages so couldn’t look them up online. Ariyanna Free at the Kelowna branch helped me. She was so amazing and helpful and went beyond my expectations… thank you so much Ariyanna!!
Westminster Savings CU was so great, banked with them for years. They had great knowledgable staff who knew you by name. Was in opposition to the merger as they never go well. Member Services staff are rude, troubles with the new Visa card Collabria which is horrible, and just trying to do RRSP transactions was a nightmare. Staff are not knowledgable as all new and very few senior staff. They screw up and try and make it your fault. Going to switch to another CU as clearly don’t appreciate your business with such poor servic... read more
