If they find a way for me to get a NEW foot spa then I will fix this review to 5 stars and tell of how they fixed the problem. ' Foot Spa came in USED. I emailed them and they said "the soap suds are from testing the item out." That's a ridiculous LIE. And I told them it was scratched all on the top. They ignored that. Horrible Lying company. Go somewhere else. Now UPS is taking forever to make a claim.
