Based on my experience, I would not recommend Prosper KinderCare. During pickups, I observed teachers in the infant rooms using their phones, and I witnessed a teacher become visibly frustrated with an infant while complaining about the baby, which was very concerning to me. In the toddler/twos classroom, I frequently overheard a teacher speaking negatively about my niece. Overall great experience. A lot of changes and improvements over the past year. My kid loved it and Mr Kyle is a favorite for sure.

Our family has been incredibly blessed by our time at KinderCare, and especially this year by Mr. Kyle and the entire team. We absolutely love him — his kindness, his patience, and the way he supports the kids while still guiding them with gentle discipline. The music he brings into the classroom creates such a joyful, calming environment, and it’s one of the things our daughter has loved most. We’ve been with three different Kindercare’s and Prosper has been the best one! Ms. Shelby has been amazing with our four year old, and all the infant teachers are a delight with our youngest.
