Pay attention to the reviews. They don’t seem genuine. Most of the reviews talk about Amber who isn’t even a teacher or would be teaching your child. If I’m looking for a place to send my child, i would want to see more reviews about the teachers rather than the assistant director who I’ve heard from other parents have bad encounters with. The turnover rate from the teachers is very concerning and should be highlighted more. The food & snacks they feed are terrible. They are unorganized. Not worth the money. I can’t say enough good things about Prosper KinderCare! My nieces attend here, and from the very beginning we have felt so comfortable and supported. Ms. Amber, the assistant director, is incredibly kind and approachable. She is always willing to answer questions, keep us updated, and make sure families feel welcome and included. We’ve had a very positive experience with Prosper KinderCare. Both of my boys were enrolled at this center at one point, and the youngest has been there for the past 3 years. He has loved every teacher he has had…they’ve all been great. The communication from both teachers and directors has been very good and I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my kiddos in their care. I love this place!! Clean classrooms, wonderful staff! I met with Monique Carmans and she rocks! Has a heart of gold and it is radiated throughout the daycare!!

We’ve been with this center since my daughter was 6 months old, and now she’s almost 2. Assistant Director Amber was the reason we chose this daycare. She gave us our initial tour and made such a strong impression with her genuine care for the kids and incredible patience. I still remember seeing her greet a child at the door and carry her inside with such warmth.
