Booked 5 sessions for myself and my partner, each 45 minutes. The first one was just okay, but things went downhill fast. Two sessions started late and ended at least 10 minutes early—not what you pay for. One was cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice because the therapist called in sick. Life happens, but the real issue is how poorly it was handled. I raised my concerns with the front desk and was told the manager would call me the following Monday. It’s now Friday—still nothing. If you’re unfortunate enough to require professional physiotherapy THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Great communication from the front and skilled therapists who continually upgrade their skills and LOTS OF COMMUNICATION! They’re very flexible (even if you’re not 🤭) and will always accommodate you if possible. Shane is amazing and Harjit, who is equally skilled, stepped up when I needed unscheduled help. My Worksafe recovery has been looooong, I’d be lost without this place!
