Charges too much and doesn't communicate well. There are better deals.
If you want a “loan” company that doesn’t get your mortgage, takes 3+ months in the process and then tries to make thousands of dollars at closing, this would be the company for you. I dealt with David Deluca, Peter Prosper (the owner) and Elisa Russo all of which are terrible people to deal with and not capable of getting you a mortgage. David Deluca was the most incompetent and arrogant person I've ever met, all while trying to make $5000+ at closing on my mortgage.
