The new management has refurbished the home and keeps everything so clean. Mom loves the staff and can't wait for me to come join her for dinner when I come visit. I feel super comfortable that my family member is in great hands with Lydia and the staff!
Their residents chain-smoke in front of Every single outside area of the building. The management does nothing about the problem and in fact supplies ashtrays RIGHT in front of their own "No Smoking" signs. Zero care given to the other residents or their neighbors who can't enjoy the outdoors near their building.
