Over priced food for the size! Watered down coke. Trying to pay for the renovations lol never coming back here again. No wonder it's dead at lunch
UPDATE: I reached out over a month ago, as requested by your response, and have heard nothing back. Was there for dinner on Monday night with a friend. Absolutely appalling. None of the things we ordered were totally correct. I had a salad instead of all veggies on the side like I asked. My friend had the same, despite asking for chips and veggies. I am not very happy with some of the bar staff there. Some are not very good English speakers and I don’t have to repeat myself many times. One of your staff even forgot to charge my partner for his drinks. Lucky he is honest and had to tell another staff member can he pay. Your bar staff are wondering around behind the bar chatting and leaving customers standing there. If they are from an agency then I would change it. You have plenty of staff but none wants to serve. Not good enough.

We took mum out for lunch love the renovations 10/10 for that be we waited 20mins for starters then a further 40mins for our meals well 3 out of 4 meals the first 3 that came out were cold and then a further 20mins for the last meal which i must say dad loved it i think the kitchen staff need some training on time management cant be serving cold meals and bringing then out at different times!
