Always very helpful and they make things I’m not familiar with very easy for me.
They are rude, don't listen to the customer. Don't help at all.
Tried to support a local bank so called to ask questions. Loan officer was curt, less than helpful and did not even offer any suggestions other than a different bank. Judging people may be a serious downfall for them, luckily they are a chain and other branches can carry them.
