I was trying to get notarized for apostilles purpose, the notary person didn't know how to properly notarize initially, so I had to return with requirements listed by the Index Department of Secretary of State, then they refused to do so and unprofessionally treated us instead of rationally explain why they can't do that. Even their repeated statement of refusal and their boss's explanation were inconsistent. They may be friendly, but it is better to seek bigger banks with qualified persons for services like notary.
