Our water heater stopped working. Greg & Gabriel fixed it. Greg immediately identified the source and fixed it fast. This company answers the phone FAST, no recordings or games or messages. They answer! And they answered on a Sunday and came out on a Sunday. This has to be the most amazing experience we had. We **HIGHLY** recommend this company!
I Have used ProSkill numerous and the work done is always of the highest quality and professionally done. This time it was for an air conditioner gone bad and Louis Gray came out and installed a temporary unit so I would have A/C while my replacement is ordered. This service and knowledgeable staff make ProSkill the only company to use for all your home repairs. A+
Kane called ahead and got started on the job early. He was polite and focused on his work. He took time to answer my many questions and was willing to look at the softener leak. After testing and evaluating the leak, he was able to determine the cause and quickly fix the problem. I will request Kane for future ProSkill work!
Today I had another painless and pleasant experience with Proskill. I have used their services for the past 10 years; installed 3 new toilets, two furnaces and two AC units. They have performed yearly preventive maintenance on the HVAC and my HOA system. I could not be more pleased with their workmanship and the courtesy and respect they offer to me as a homeowner. We've lived in Trilogy in Vistancia for over 6 years and have used ProSkill for our HVAC and plumbing needs most of that period.
