The service we received was downright appalling, and Mark's unprofessional behavior only added to our frustration. We placed our order on October 12th, 2023, with the understanding that the work would be completed within the agreed-upon lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. However, not only did Mark fail to meet that deadline, but after 8 long weeks, he had only completed about 50% of the job. Fails to provide service after payment and then brags about going to Europe with your money to fix his ugly face 😂PAY UP MARK YOU OWE ME 11 grand!!!
We have previously placed a positive review for Proshades, but have now removed it due to zero after sales service. A small issue could have easily been corrected with a quick visit but no response has been returned from any of our phone calls, messages, voicemails, emails, contact through their website and visitation to the place of business which is no longer there. Be aware if you have been a Proshades customer.
Thank you to Mark and Tamara. You guys are amazing. From quotation to invoicing to the work done couldn’t be happier. I wish every business was honest and professional as you guys are. Thank you for the service. Definitely recommend without any hesitation.
Pathetic service, highly unprofessional attitude by Mark. We placed the order on 12th October 2023. He did only 50% work after 8 weeks of placing the order (against committed lead time of 3-4 weeks), and then vanished. He has been missing for the last 12 weeks now to complete the remaining work. Highly disappointed
