Paul from ProServe is a joke. He is willing to serve invalid papers just so he can charge you an additional fee to serve them again. I was very clear with him I had never been thru this process and he took full advantage. He asked for a copy of the papers I had from the courthouse. I sent him what I had, which was my Plantiff copy of the Summons. It had a court date that was past due, but still in the time frame of being served.
