I want to let people know that to beware of proserv364 . We paid him $180.00 to serve and file my wife’s ex husband for contempt of court. We are in San Antonio Texas. He served him and he knew the time for the hearing at 8:15 am on the 11th and decided to file the proof of service at 3:15pm same day as the hearing. The judge could not find the proof of service in the system because it was not filed in time. The hearing was dismissed. We paid for plane tickets, rental car, hotel room. The process started off great. Van came highly recommended. First step was get the non-payers out, and they were out shortly. I honestly believe at this point they were already on their way out and Van’s knock at the door gave them the last bump to go. However, he also was supposed to file the case and track down their new location to file a lawsuit. Big promises, no delivery, and I was actually never able to speak with him on the phone again. Unfortunately, we were using Van WIlcox exclusively for many years, with excellent results. But his ongoing personal issues , etc. have reduced this once-stellar business into a company that simply does not do what they promise to do. Towards the end of our relationship, it was truly a nightmare. Judging from the reviews, we're not the only ones who have seen Van's service diminish. A nice guy but his clients receive poor service. First time customer and Vans services did not fall short. He was attentive, worked fast and answered all my questions and guided me through everything. He really took care of me. Should the opportunity present itself again, I definitely will go back.
