Doctors and all inside are wonderful!! But the front office really a bad service. She never call back for more apps. She decided all about the service there. Not more. I preferred to do my therapy in home and gym. I contacted my doctor about it.
As a former patient, I've had difficulties in the past getting someone to answer the phone and respond to my questions. Today was a welcome exception. Today I spoke with Andrea and she was kind, friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my concerns and provide me with the documents I requested. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and am so happy that ProResults finally found knowledgeable staff to operate their phones and front desk.
I've had wonderful results with the treatment here and help from Frank and his great assistants.. thanks to you all
No stars. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Their fax number doesn’t work and they won’t facilitate getting the referral from the doctor. Rude front desk staff. We will take our business somewhere else.
