2nd time going to PRO-PT. Here are my takeaways • It is located in a convenient location • everyone from the front desk, to the one who did the assessment, the assistants, the PT are all helpful and friendly • clean and casual environment • it is well working machine, from the time you arrive to the time you leave
They’re very professional and the place is clean. They listen to you and try their best to help you feel better.
Con artistry at its finest Wouldn’t take my health insurance and wanted to charge me upfront for each appointment I thought that was the purpose of having health insurance. I have a PPO but said because I was involved in an accident. They won’t accept my health insurance. They want the money upfront con artist I tell you You’re supposed to be a healthcare provider not a money grabber
My sessions at PRO-PT Clovis were Wonderful! Both of the ladies at the front desk were always smiling & welcoming & helpful w/checking in, payments & scheduling. Spencer did my initial evaluation & assessment after my knee replacement & identified concerns that I wasn't aware of such as my poor balance. I was fortunate to work most of the time w/Simon, who is knowledgeable, friendly & supportive. Sara has provided targeted exercises to reduce pain and improve flexibility in my back and hip. She educates as she provides therapy and with follow-through at home I’m hoping to prevent further curvature of the spine. Back pain is gone, and hip is improving each week! Thanks, Sara!
