I have had continuously good experiences at the Clovis Pro-PT. Simon is very knowledgeable, patient and involved with his patients. He is always busy but is able to handle all his patients with care. Parker is an excellent PT Aide. He is always busy working. He makes a point to know patients routines and anticipates their needs, having their next exercise already set up. Together they make a great team and are a huge asset to Pro-PT!!
I thought they were the same PT in Fresno. Average could be better. Okay atmosphere. Staff needs to be welcoming and professional. A lot of talking and goofing around non related to work. Patient time not maximized and not utilized efficiently. Timers are ringing and patients are waiting over 5 minutes until they are led to their next activity. Not a bad place, but could be better.
I chose Pro Pt due to having a hip replacement, and knowing about Pro Pt from meeting the owner prior to their opening when delivering their mail as a mail carrier. The owner is so very kind i knew Pro Pt was for me. Everyone at Pro Pt, including the front office staff is very kind and helpful.
