I just got back from a long trip in the car, and using the stretches you taught me made it possible. I even hiked in Snow Canyon State Park in Utah, up and down petrified sand steps. Excellent staff and service. My PTA Sarah was friendly and personable. She made sessions fun. After recovering from an Achilles tear she pushed me and helped me to gain my mobility, balance, and strength back.
