Edit can’t get ahold of anyone to figure out when I will receive next shipment. Purchased an annual subscription and received one shipment. They were great 5 months ago. Products came fast and were easy to use. Customer service has been great and products were highly effective. Haven’t seen any pests in home. Overall great experience.
I placed an order on February 23rd and I have not received any information on when it's going to be sent or why it's taking so long I spent over $75 and I feel like I just wasted my money.
Edit. I'll leave my original review below. But I'm taking this to one star now. I have been calling, emailing, and chatting on the website since January about a box I never received. It is now March and still no response. It's like propro vanished. I guess I'll try and do a credit card charge back now. Idk what else to do. ---- When looking for DIY pest control products, it was between ProPro Pest or a competitor.
