I'm not sure how this bank is able to obtain even a 3 star rating on Google. This bank needs a class action lawsuit brought against them for fraud. They hold debits made with a pin number and assess fraudulent NSF fees. I looked at my account on line this morning and there are 5 Debit purchases all made using a pin number that should have cleared NO LATER THAN Midnight TODAY according to their own banking website. I worked with Rosa today as I was trying to help a customer and she was very very rude as I’m on speaker phone with for customers around me .i asked her to talk to a supervisor due to her being rude and she refused to transfer me and insisted I give her my personal number so she can give her my number to call me back .very very rude I’m dumbfounded by the rudeness.
Worst experience. No in person transactions allowed.
Do not use this bank. They do not update their credit report information properly nor do they reimburse you when your account is closed.
I have been a member of this bank for over 15 years. I have had every issue under the sun from having to wait days to hear back about card information. Or like today when I call the fraud department and it is unavailable… This bank takes such a cavalier attitude to handling your money and you as a client. I will be closing all accounts with them before the end of the week and suggest you do the same. Not to mention the website looks terrible, and customer service has been far from great.
