If you haven't tried reformers pilates use are seriously missing out!! Fantastic coaching, very on point on how one applys themselves on the machine, making sure it's done correctly so we are reassured it's done right!!!. Brilliant for stretching / toning /strength /posture & flexibility 💪👌having a laugh😁suits all ages..... All round good feel factor!!! Hop on the machine to experience for yourselves!!!!💪
Attended a reformer Pilate class here, 10/10 experience. I will be back. The instructor made the class fun too
