They started off great. I was getting my HIFUs every 4 weeks and it was a nice experience. Then, every time I would make an appointment they would call the day before and cancel. It happened over and over. I asked to talk to the manager and they never called me back. Now I'm not happy. 3 stars
This place is a SCAM, the $59 jawline lift is for a standard facial. They told me I needed a different facial because of the product I use in my skin routine which was an additional $30. There was no jawline lift! At the end they took me into a room where they tried to sell me a membership that cost thousands of dollars for treatments. When I confronted the representative about the Instagram ad, she then said their ads are confusing. Run from these people, they will hustle you!
Hats off to Sylvanah, she made me feel welcome and very comfortable coming in. Her professional service and warm demeanor was amazing and I felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Prophecy and highly recommend Sylvanan. My wife loves getting her facials done at Prophecy by Sylvanah and she turned me on to coming here. Thank you
Britney was excellent. She knows what she is doing. I love my chemical feel and can’t wait to see the result for my HIFU appointment. Gabi is also amazing!!!!
