They ship very quickly and often for free. Return was free when I didn't expect it to be, and the return window was much longer than I had expected. I don't like that they change the fit of certain styles or get rid of completely when they fit me so well. At present, their One LT sneaker is the only shoe that fits my foot due to a massive bunion, but I've heard it's on the chopping block, and recently I've ordered it, and they changed the fit of it, necessitating my return.

I was employed at Propet USA as an A/R Assistant back then when the Co was in Kent, WA. The walking shoes there are awesome! I'm glad I bought some magnetic dress shoes for my father back then.
