Stay away from this company they’re a scam. I just recieved a property lien for a reduction in my mortgage and they won’t waive any late fee Bcuz I never got it! I have reported this company to the BBB, Phil Demers is the rude one and the one making empty threats and promises I’ve already reported to the BBB, all I want is to make the payment and this can all go away.
