I bought an old 1964 house that needed so many updates. The previous owner had a tax exemption that triggered a tax increase and valued my house at hundreds of thousands above the sale price right before closing. Steve and his team were great to work with, and successfully reduced my value to the sale price and saved me thousands in yearly property tax. Steve at Property Tax Avengers worked effectively and efficiently on our behalf to get our property taxes reduced by a substantial amount. He also secured a good settlement from the County for past taxes that had been based on over-valued assessments.

It was a real pleasure to deal with Steve Anderson and his whole team as they professionally represented me for a property tax appeal for our condo in downtown Portland, Oregon.He was able to obtain a 26% reduction of past taxes and reset the baseline for 5 total years.
