Wonderful service. He went over all my paperwork to make sure everything was complete. Friendly, helpful and thorough. Now I just need to see what happens after the review because the Board of Review estimate up 300% in 1 year.
Disappointing experience. They gave me incomplete and contradictory information. Unsatisfactorily slow process for addressing an appeal.
The PTAB staff in both Des Plaines and Springfield are incredibly helpful and professional. They have bent over backwards to explain the often complex and cumbersome paperwork that accompanies appeals and rollovers. I am grateful for their assistance and knowledge. The PTAB board also looked over my information thoroughly and my hard work paid off. I won all of my appeals.
I called today asking if there is person Who speak Spanish and the secretary said we are and American so rud,she is racist. If you speak only Spanish please don't go there.
