The office staff is very helpful and professional. I didn't even know you could get Parks and wildlife title and registration information, transfers of title etc and the actual papers in your hand. I bought a boat and went to the tax office and did my boat title, boat motor title boat trailer title and registration for the boat, all in their office.
They don’t answer the phone
Go look at this place and tell me these thieves need more money. Its the nicest building in jasper. Its also empty except for the legal mafia. Elevators to nowhere. These people are worse than the mafia. The mafia at least honest in that they don’t pretend to be on your side. Extortion, penalties. They work with appraisals office to rob us legally. The receptionist are all rude. I can only hope i live to see the day the people get tired of this and over throw it all.
Very friendly place
You have to understand and make sure you have a confirmation number and every phone call you make you make sure it's in writing because unfortunately I paid my taxes for half of my lots properties and the indicated there will be no penalties but unfortunately they hit me with the penalties more than what my property taxes with and all this say we apologize
