If I could give 0 stars I would. The experiences that I have had with Zoe as a landlord have been horrendous. Not only will she not respond to you after weeks of reaching out, she will also not fix/maintain anything if something should happen (ex. the heat going out in the middle of Colorado winter). She is extremely difficult to get a hold of, and will not reimburse any security deposits, without reason or response, which is most definitely illegal.
