The unsung heroes of the insurance industry. Joe & Jen were amazing in helping fight my insurance company for what was rightfully a legitimate claim that the insurance originally denied. Though the appeals process takes some time it was worth the 6-7 months i had to wait in order to get my new roof. If i ever have to make another claim for anything for my home i know who I'm calling if my insurance company tries to deny or undervalue my claim. Thank you Property Protectors!
Adrian was awesome. He got the money from my insurance company fast after hurricane Ian damaged my roof. The insurance only wanted to pay to do a patch repair on my roof. Adrian thought to get the whole roof replaced and won. Communication was on point. He gave me updates every step of the way of any new developments with the insurance claim. I was surprised by what he was able to get from my insurance policy and I’m so grateful he did. He helped make my family whole again after a disaster.
