One of the very best independent claims adjusting companies I've encountered in my 28 year career. You can count on these guys to provide great customer service, and to find claims adjusting solutions for difficult cases. PLS is always on my company's short list.
My experience with PLS and Acuity Insurance has been horrible. My roof had severe hail damage on September 19, 2016. Acuity sent PLS as their agent adjuster.
