I had several claims with Property Loss Consultants. They did a great job representing me.
We hired Rob, after hurricane Ian. Our Don recommended we talk with him, which we did. After meeting Rob, we decided to have him represent us for our insurance and repair needs. We were exceptionally happy with him and with the way he responded each time we had a question or concern. We would recommend his services for anyone who is in need of consultation and a need to work with anyone who is responsible to restore damage due to storm or hurricane damage. Robert Cote has done an amazing job in getting my insurance company to settle my Hurricane Ian loss claim. He worked diligently and tirelessly for over 6 months even though my initial claim had been denied as being less than my deductible. He negotiated my insurer to revisit the site with a general contractor who estimated my loss at about 6 times what the original adjuster quoted. Thanks to Rob's expertise, my insurer paid my claim less the deductable. I will always be grateful to him.
After Hurricane Irma, Rob was fantastic in helping me identify and process my damage claim. There is a great deal of bureaucracy in dealing with windstorm, flood, boat, and homeowner's coverages and he expertly managed the process, resulting in a fair settlement. He is detailed and communicates well. I am very glad I retained him.
