Seems this companY and Fine AND COUNTRY are the same business. Iam being bombarded with sales particulars and promotional material EVERY DAY! after my address was stolen/uplifted by them from Right Move,I have asked them to stop but my requests are ignored. What a nasty invasive estate agent to deal with ,I WOULD KEEP WELL AWAY IF I WERE YOU ABOVE RATING IS MINUS 1 STAR.
Been with property logic for a number of years never had previous problems until recently (Jan 2018) with EPC upload issues, I am constantly having to chase for updates and requests to resolve issues, the team have been slow to communicate when failing to provide me with a full service that I have been paying for. Very poor customer service and when I repeatedly contact them for their complaints procedure they think by not replying I will just disappear.
